Jo Malone London Rain Review
What could be more British than London rain?

Rain is one of my all time favourite weathers. I love it like there is no tomorrow. There is so much Britishness in me, that sometimes people often mistake me for a Brit! Having grown up with a massive passion for all things London (having British genes, and all), it is no surprise that my bewildered inner Brit went a little lusty over the new Jo Malone London Rain collection – it was like a floodgate of emotion fled through me and bursted into one gigantic smile.
Jo Malone London rain review
Jo Malone London Rain is a symphony of nasal nirvana that encapsulates the different moods of the London persona – from downpour, or morning dew, to wild rainstorms at night (my favourite). “The initial concept from Jo Malone London was to create a scented portrait of London to conjure up the romantic and deeply intense rainy days” says Christine Nagel, the Master Perfumer behind the limited edition collection.
The range evokes an internal sense of pleasurement with every sniff, and there is no denying it – you get the overwhelming feeling that you too are dancing in the rain. There is a certain element of romanticism within the range – the four scents individually awaken the mind, and there is not a sombre scent in nasal-range. It truly is a cacophony of smells that allure, awaken and amaze all palettes.

This bodaciously fragrant scent is like a soft morning shower, soaking purple wisteria that cascades over London stone walls. By far my most favourite one of the lot, it is subtle with scents of violets and waterlily. It is intoxicating but feminine, and always evokes the most compliments.
Jasmine is one of my all time favourite Summer smells- it is exuberant and enchanting, but also oozes glamour. So it is little surprise that this note is a hit with my nose. Like an afternoon of rain, this scent parts the mood with eccentricity and refreshing nature. Chock-full of surprising scents, such as lily, orange flower, rose and juniper and chilli leaves, this beauty is a rare opportunity to make an impact of the subtle variety.
Lust comes in many forms, but in a scent, it comes in the form of this delightful Jo Malone scent. Revitalising and herbaceous, this juicy, yet earthy scent is bodacious and sensual in all the right ways. Reminiscent of morning dew, this scent is a rare awakening you all must try.
If you are after a subtly sexy scent that invokves carnal desires, this modern scent is a goer, with its notes of dark cedarwood and moss. Too good not to try, my loves.
